Welcome to our About Us page -  Who are we?  We are Chris & Jim Hill.   We live on 80 acres 70 miles north of Minneapolis, Minnesota and are halfway through raising our 4 children.

A few years ago at Christmas it seemed our children were more concerned with receiving than giving and  we felt they were forgetting the true meaning of Christmas.  We decided there would be no "store bought" gifts for Christmas.  While searching for things our family could make for gifts, we came across soy wax candles and decided to try them.  We bought a 50 pound box of wax thinking that would be more than enough for us to learn the craft and still have enough left over for next year's gifts.  That was hundreds of pounds of wax ago.

Family, friends and word of mouth have turned our gift making venture into a growing business adventure.  However, we have not lost sight of our original goal.  The business has become a family adventure that has brought us closer and given us the opportunity to meet wonderful new friends.  In trying to do the right thing we have discovered much more than we were looking for .  We thank you for stopping by and hope you find something that brings back great memories or better yet, helps you create great new memories.--
